Am I able to create a custom wedding package?
Absolutely! We can create any package that works best for your wedding or event.
Is Evolution Entertainment insured?
Yes, we are insured up to $1 million dollars per event and can provide a specific certificate of liability insurance for you and the venue.
What are your deposit terms?
We require a 50% deposit to secure the date. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event.
What is a monogram?
A monogram is an optional high-resolution projection graphic that we can custom create for your wedding. It can either be static or animated. We invite you to browse our amazing gallery of custom monograms during your free consultation.
Do you perform the wedding introductions?
Yes we will ensure all of your wedding party guests are lined up in order and will take care of all announcements required for the duration of your wedding.
How far will you travel?
We cover all of Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut for weddings, private parties, and corporate events.
What are uplights?
Our uplighting is state-of-the-art wireless LED technology. Our lights are cool to the touch and unlike plug-in lights can be placed just about anywhere in the room. There are no unsightly wires, so it gives us creative flexibility to design an amazing look for your event.
What happens if the venue does not have power?
Don't worry! We can provide a state-of-the-art remote power option to ensure both music and microphones will be available to you no matter where your event is located.
Can you create a custom edit or a blend of songs for our introductions and/or dances?
Sure can! We love to create custom tracks for our clients.
